Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ARVA FASHION STUDIO, we pride ourselves on delivering bespoke, made-to-order garments that reflect superior craftsmanship and individual care. Every piece is handcrafted based on your preferences and measurements, making each order uniquely yours. Given the personalized nature of our products, we have established a clear and fair Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction while safeguarding our commitment to quality.

 

1. GENERAL TERMS

  1. This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations, alterations, refunds, and exchanges will be processed for products and services offered by Arva Fashion (“Brand”).

  2. By placing an order, requesting an alteration, or initiating a cancellation or exchange with Arva Fashion, the customer (“User”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy in full.

  3. Please note that products sold under promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

2. REFUND & CANCELLATION

  1. You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by emailing us at contact@arvafashion.com . Cancellations beyond this period will not be accepted, especially once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  2. Approved cancellations will result in a credit to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.). Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days from confirmation.

  3. No Refunds for Subjective Issues: We do not entertain refund or return requests based on:

    1. Subjective dissatisfaction with style, fit, or personal preferences

    2. Slight colour variations due to screen/display differences

    3. Minor irregularities due to handwork or tailoring, which are intrinsic to custom-made products.

 

3. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ALTERATIONS

  1. At Arva, every garment is made to order and customised just for you, so we do not accept returns once a product is delivered. However, exchanges or alterations are possible in certain cases.

  2. You may be eligible for an exchange if:

    • There is a clear manufacturing defect. While we maintain the highest quality standards, if an issue arises due to our error, we will replace the product within two weeks or offer a full refund at our discretion. The request must be raised within seven (7) days of delivery. Please note minor colour variations are not considered defects.

    • The item received is significantly different from what was ordered or if you received the wrong product. In such cases, kindly contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and take corrective action.

    • If your customised garment doesn’t fit as expected, we offer a one-time free alteration, provided the request is made within seven (7) days of delivery. Alterations involving major design or structural changes are not covered. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the issue is from our end. Please email us at contact@arvafashion.com before sending the item.

  3. To initiate an exchange or alteration:

    • Email us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@arvafashion.com

    • Ensure the item is unused, unworn, with tags intact, and packed securely in its original packaging

    • Send the product via a registered courier service and retain tracking details until confirmed received.

Note:

  • Arva is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. Arva will cover logistics only after an approved repair or exchange is confirmed.

  • Products purchased during sales or under special pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

4. SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We ship worldwide from our Nagpur office via reputed courier partners. Shipping within India is free. For international deliveries, all shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes shall be borne by the customer. Arva Fashion is not liable for any such international fees.

  2. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–10 working days depending on product selection and availability. Made-to-order garments may require additional time.

  3. Customers will receive tracking details via email upon dispatch. Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays or customs clearance.

  4. It is the User’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Delivery is address specific. Arva reserves the right to verify user details and shall not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

 

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

  1. All efforts are made to display products, colours, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However:

    • Slight variations in colour, prints, or measurements are inherent to custom garments

    • These are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

6. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

  1. All refund, alteration, or exchange requests must be submitted via email to contact@arvafashion.com , along with:

    • Customer name and contact number,

    • Order ID and date,

    • Clear reason for the request, along with relevant supporting evidence (such as photographs, videos, or unboxing footage), if applicable.

  2. Arva Fashion is not responsible for delays in processing times of banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.

  3. To raise an exchange request, please email us at contact@arvafashion.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. The item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and sent back in its original packaging via a registered courier. All return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. We do not take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

 

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION

  1. If a dispute arises regarding refunds or cancellations, Users must initially contact contact@arvafashion.com for resolution attempts.

  2. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to a mutually appointed mediator.

  3. This Policy is governed by Indian laws under Nagpur jurisdiction; all disputes shall fall under courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
